REFUND POLICY

Welcome to Brogrz online ordering system. We value the quality of our food and strive to provide excellent customer service. Your orders are of utmost importance to us. Please review the following policy regarding returns and refunds. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us via email at info@brogrz.com.

CANCELLATIONS

Once you have placed an order, our team immediately begins preparing and cooking it. If you wish to cancel your order and have utilized our online ordering service, please call us immediately after placing the original order to receive a full refund.

Please contact the specific store where you placed your order. If you made the order in-store, we are unable to cancel it unless you inform us at the point of sale.

FOOD ORDER ERRORS

We apologize if you receive food that differs from your receipt. Kindly notify our staff at the restaurant immediately, and we will promptly rectify the situation. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns if a drink has been opened or if food has been partially consumed.

INCOMPLETE FOOD ORDER

In the rare event that you do not receive certain items from your food order, we will make it right for you. Please inform our staff as soon as you notice any missing food items in your order. You may choose to cancel the missed food item, and we will provide a refund to the original payment method used for your purchase. Alternatively, we can prepare the missing item for you while you wait.

Please note that we offer courtesy items like napkins and condiments upon request, free of charge. If we accidentally omit a courtesy item, please inform our staff, and we will rectify the oversight. However, we cannot offer discounts, refunds, or store credit for missing courtesy items.

FOOD DISSATISFACTION

We prepare our food fresh to order using only the finest and freshest ingredients. We take great care and pride in serving all our food. Upon request, we offer refunds and/or replacement food for orders where the food is incorrect, items are missing, or the quality does not meet our high standards.

Refunds are generally not provided for food that a guest simply does not like.

REFUNDS

We will always issue refunds using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If changes are made to the order, credit and debit card payments will be refunded for the amount associated with the error and then recharged for the new items' price.

The restaurant reserves the right to deny or refuse service to any customer for any reason. If a customer abuses the Return & Refund Policy, we regrettably will be unable to conduct future business with that customer.
